Today I'm going be talking about my short stories. It's going to be a story about “The Machine".

The characters in the story are:🏃

• Billy
• Serious lady
• Mr. Gigadosh
• Man in white coat
• Man in oily overalls
• ↖he reason i done that is because people keep thinking it says "Olly"

Here is what Billy did in the first paragraph.

Billy first started his job. He had a

small desk in a small room in the basement of the company's giant office building. He worked for the World Machine Company. His job was to come up with good ideas for cool new machines. 

I have just finished reading my short story and am working on some slides, so next week I should have finished a few slides and I will post these up for you all to check out.

Te ah urea KapaHaka

KAPA HAKA

The kapa haka festival was very fun we learnt lots of waiata. There lots
of other schools that came to our school to perform. We were performing
first in the festival. All of the schools were performing about where they
were from. Also the haka was performed to show where they were from.
I learnt new waiata and haka.

I learnt Ara Ngapuhi E, Takahia Mai Te Ara and other waiata and haka.

Some of the things that I liked about kapa haka.

• Doing the haka
• Having my family there to watch us
• The kai ( it was yum and there was lots to choose from)
• Playing with my cousins and my friends

One of the things that I didn't like about  kapa haka.

At Pakane

Camping At Pakanae

At Pakanae We had so much fun. We went down just for a little holiday. I went with Mum, my brother, Aunty Hine and Uncle Jacob. When we went there we put our blankets in the tent. Our Aunty Jade and Uncle Alex let us use their tent, we slept on one side and she on the other.

There were already family there when we got there, so we played with Aaliyah and Te Awa they are our cousins. I played with my brother Iraia too. I also saw Wijay he is one of my Friends. We did all sorts of stuff. Aaliyah and Te Awa showed us the swing on the tree. We had heaps of fun, my other cousins arrived Teranui and Peter.

We kept playing until Wijay, Iraia and me thought of something cool we climbed the HUGE MOUNTAIN!.

It took us a long time and it was hard, because it was so big!!

I can't wait until we can go there and camp again. I hope I don't have to wait too long.

My best day at tech!!

My best day at tech!!
At tech we had so much fun!. At tech we made bread, done

woodwork, made lunch, done heaps of fun stuff. Like this here's some pictures.

 

Those are some yummy stuff we made but there’s none of the

woodwork which is dum :(  But it was fun doing it we used all types

of cool machines!!

But I'll show you the ingredients of how to make bread.

Bread ingredients

1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 Tablespoon of sugar, also oil and 3 cups flour. …

2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 8-10 minutes.

3. Punch dough down. …
4. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when it’s tapped.  

One of the very yum things we done was that we made very yummy cowboy food!! ;) (it was like cowboy food) It was baked beans with sausages and fried onions it may sound yuck to yous but nope its very yum we dipped our own bread in it too! It was the best Mmmmm!!!.    Blog you soon! maybe not but one thing i want to say is that picture up by the right top, the picture of me is int what i look like now i look way different and better thats me when i was younger.

   

Marae DIY At Taheke😆🔧

Marae DIY At Taheke😆🔧

Yesterday I went to my first ever Marae DIY!!. It was at Tahekeroa.

It was pretty fun. We were painting, then we all had to lift the boards
we painted somewhere by the grass to dry out.
I was playing with Braidon and this other boy.
Braidon go's to our school and I went with some kids from school
and Aunty Ange.

This is a pic I found on the Internet, it is not a picture of the
Marae we were at yesterday

We also had very yum stuff to eat but I did bring heaps of water and lunch just in case. I am lucky my mum signed the permission slip for me to go. Id rather be at the Marae DIY than at school because it was really fun!!!.

Everywhere people were building, painting, digging holes, climbing on the roof, men fixing the lights and cords. There were also a big huge digger and tractor, it was cool. One other cool thing was that they took all the walls of Tahekeroa Marae

I am really excited and cant wait until it is on TV, but I think it will be a little while before it is.

Pink shirt Day!!!

  Pink shirt Day!!!

Pink shirt day is about supporting the Anti-
bullying cause so today our school supports this and we were
all encouraged to wear a pink shirt (If we had one.)

Bullying is cruel and not cool. If you see someone getting bullied tell them to STOP!!! You must stand up to Bullies.

It is celebrated on various dates and anywhere around the world. The idea was originated in Canada.

It encourages everyone to practice kindness and that you don't tolerate bullying.

We supported it at our School and most of the students wore pink had a photo, I did not wear pink though. Most of girls wore pink, one funny thing was that our principal Mrs Cole brook put her pink top on Isaac.

We celebrated it on May 17th 2019

My Holidays

                   My Holidays

On the holidays I was at home for 1 week and the other at my Dads.
At my home I spent time with my cousins and family. We had heaps of fun.
When Teranui went to Tamati,'s house, Peter, Iraia and me played
Hide and Seek and did some fun stuff.

When Teranui was here we were riding my Quad, playing rugby, bull-rush,
and playing hide and seek as well. It was so fun. We also watched cool
movies at night right till morning!!!. The other week at dad's was very
fun too. We were in Auckland.

In Auckland me and Iraia which is my brother we had heaps of fun
like playing on our Ps4, playing on the computer or playing spotlight
outside at night it was Scary!!. We were playing with our cousins called
Kowhai (yellow kowhai hahaha!) and Tawhiti They are brother and sister
they always fight and argue Ha Ha.

We also went to the hot pools down the water slide it was SO FUN!!
We also went too watch cool racing at this stadium place I don't know
what that place was called but it started with a Double u (W)

Hard to explain but anyways there were all different types of cars
and stuff like that.

Like go karts!! And All sorts but i don't know what they were called.
Also there was the DEMOLITION DERBIE!!!!!!!

It Was so cool the cars were crashing into each other like CRAZY!!!
The cars were dragging each other it was awesome. We went with Dad,
Iraia, Kowhai, Tawhiti and me we done all sorts of stuff so im going to
end it here it was so fun.

My next learning steps are to remember to take some photos of my holiday
